Mitosy is pre-launch. Full terms of service are being prepared and will be published before any clinic goes live. In the meantime:
The demo
The public demo is provided as-is for evaluation. Its data is invented and is reset periodically. Do not enter real patient information into it.
Subscriptions
Mitosy is sold to clinics by subscription. Pricing and plan terms are set during onboarding and will be covered by the published agreement.
Your data
A subscribing clinic keeps ownership of its records and can request an export. Handling of that data is described in the Privacy page.
Acceptable use
Accounts are for the subscribing clinic's own staff. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another clinic's data.
Availability
Mitosy aims for continuous availability and continuous backups, but during pre-launch no formal uptime commitment is offered.
